JIREH COMMUNITY PROJECTS SERVICES:JIREH EDUCARE
Jireh Educare is a registered educare for 300 children aged eighteen months to six years from 6:30 am to 17:45pm daily Mondays to Thursday and Fridays we close at 5pm.
Ten of our teachers in the educare are currently doing teacher development and training to upgrade their skills in ECD as part of the Western Cape roll-out. ARTS & CULTUREDance and drama, functions and events and a major showcase annually in November to display the creative choreography and performance excellence of our children. This has a community following of 1600+ people.
Ball skills as well as drumming also form part of our daily programme. JIREH COMPUTER CENTREIn the past Jireh has trained thousands of unemployed men and women in the community. Currently our focus is on upskilling of teachers in the ECD field. - ICT - Computer literacy for teacher and learner development.
- Community Print Shop, assisting the community with:
Copies, faxing, binding, laminating, brochures, funeral programmes, business cards, C.V setup etc. - Commissioner of Oaths Services (9-11:30am)
