Welcome to Jireh SAIn the Township we have earned our stripes as the unsung heroes of our communities, and where the pain of poverty is we are there to help. Some times when we drive in Mitchell’s Plain we see the sons of our soil who came through our development programs playing for professional soccer teams in our country and contributing to the wellbeing of their families in the community, we see teenagers that came through our educare programme ready to help us at the JIREH CENTRE when we look at the achievement at young people in our Community News Papers then it gives us at JIREH reason to rejoice when we see amidst doom and gloom the content and character of those who is determined to make a success of their lives. It is our hope for 2009 to be granted strength and fortitude for our task as we treasure existing partnerships and pursue new avenues as we broaden our horizons in the spirit of Ubuntu (nation building). It is every man's obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it.
